Partner Programme: Terms and Conditions

1. Programme Overview

The Netmediasolutions Partner Programme is designed for individuals and businesses who wish to earn commission by introducing new clients to our services. As a Partner, your role is to connect us with opportunities; Netmediasolutions Ltd handles all billing, onboarding, and ongoing technical support.

2. Commission Structure & Tiers

Commission is calculated as a percentage of the net contract value (excluding VAT and card fees) paid by the referred client. Your tier is determined by the total referred revenue generated within a rolling 12-month period. See our Partner Programme brochure for our current tiers.

Gold Tier Exclusive: Partners reaching the Gold Tier are also eligible to earn NetmediaRewards service credits in addition to their cash commission, which can be reinvested into their own digital projects.

3. Operational Setup

To provide a smooth and efficient experience for the referred client, it is essential to adhere to the following operational boundaries:

Communication Protocols: All interactions with the client should be conducted through designated communication channels to maintain clarity and avoid misunderstandings. Ensure that all correspondence is documented for future reference.

 

Response Times: Timely responses are crucial. Aim to reply to client inquiries within 24 hours to demonstrate attentiveness and dedication to their needs.

Service Scope: Clearly outline the services available to the client. Any requests outside of the agreed-upon scope should be discussed and approved before proceeding.

Confidentiality Agreements: Uphold strict confidentiality protocols to protect client information. Ensure that all team members involved in the client’s case are aware of and comply with these confidentiality agreements.

Feedback Procedure: Implement a structured feedback system to gather the client’s thoughts on our services periodically. This will help identify areas for improvement and enhance overall satisfaction.

Follow-Up Procedures: Set regular follow-up meetings to review progress, address any concerns, and ensure that the client feels supported throughout their journey.

By adhering to these operational boundaries, we can ensure that the needs of the referred client are met effectively and efficiently, encouraging a positive and productive relationship.

Billing: Netmediasolutions Ltd manages all invoicing and payment collection directly with the client.

Onboarding: We handle the full onboarding process, including strategy sessions and asset collection.

Support: We provide all ongoing technical, creative, and account support. Partners are not required to provide first-line support to referred clients.

Retention: We will retain the client regardless of whether you decide to remain a partner or not.

4. Payment of Commission

Trigger: Commission is earned when payment is successfully received from the client you referred.

Frequency: Commission payments are processed monthly following the ‘maturity’ of the client’s initial payment, ensuring the partnership is successfully established.

Promo Bonuses: From time to time, we may offer limited-time promotional bonuses

 

(e.g., increased percentages for specific services). All Partners are eligible for these bonuses, subject to the specific terms of the promotion.

Payments: To facilitate payments, we will need your bank details. Rest assured that this information will be securely stored and used solely for the purpose of processing transfers. For more details on how we handle your information, please refer to our Privacy Notice.

5. Partner Obligations

Referral Method: Partners must introduce leads via their unique referral link or a direct email introduction to ensure the lead is correctly tracked in our system.

Fair Representation: Partners must represent Netmediasolutions Ltd accurately and professionally. You are an independent referrer, not an employee or legal agent of the company.

Quality Referrals: It is essential for partners to offer authentic and credible referrals that accurately reflect their experiences and insights. This ensures that the recommendations are trustworthy and beneficial for all parties involved.

Standard Requirements: It is essential for partners to take responsibility for their own financial commitments, including managing their taxes and any other associated financial obligations.

6. Important Conditions

NetmediaRewards (Gold Only): Service credits earned by Gold Tier partners are subject to the standard NetmediaRewards Terms and Conditions and have no cash equivalent.

Clawbacks: In the event a client is refunded or a payment is charged back, any commission paid to the Partner for that specific transaction will be deducted from future earnings.

Termination: Either party may exit the Partner Programme with 30 days’ written notice. Any commissions earned for active clients introduced before termination will continue to be paid for the duration of that client’s initial contract term.

After Termination: Please note that all clients referred to us will continue to be clients of Netmediasolutions Ltd. As a result, your direct contact with our client will be discontinued.

7. Governance

 

Netmediasolutions Ltd reserves the right to adjust commission tiers or programme perks with 30 days’ notice to all Partners. Participation is subject to account approval.
