1. Introduction

At Netmediasolutions Ltd, we value the recommendations of our partners and clients. NetmediaRewards is our formal referral programme designed to thank you for introducing new clients to our services. By participating in the programme, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

Referrers: The referral program is available exclusively to all current clients of Netmediasolutions Ltd. We value your partnership and encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity.

Referrals: In order to qualify for the program, any business you refer must be a new contact that we have not previously engaged with. This means the referred business should not be someone who is already familiar with our services or has been included in our existing sales pipeline.

Legal Age: All participants must be of legal age per UK law.

3. How to Make a Referral

To ensure your referral is tracked and rewarded, you must use one of the following two methods:

Unique Referral Link: Share your unique link found within your MyNetmedia workspace. When the lead completes our quote form via this link, they are automatically tagged to your account.

Manual Referral: If the introduction happens via email, social media, or in person, you must notify us in writing ([email protected]) with the person’s name and business details. We will manually tag you as the referrer in our system.

4. The Reward Structure

Trigger Point: A referral is considered “successful” once the referred party signs a formal proposal and officially becomes a Netmediasolutions client.

Maturity Period: All rewards are subject to a three-month maturity period. This acts as a “cooling-off” period to ensure the new partnership is established and satisfactory for both parties.

Calculation: Your reward is calculated as 10% of the total accumulated value of the referred client’s first three months of services (excluding VAT).

Example: If a referred client spends £1,500 over their first three months, your service credit will be £150.

5. Redemption of Service Credits

Access: Once the maturity period is complete, your credits will be visible and available for redemption via your MyNetmedia workspace.

Eligible Services: Credits can be used as payment or part-payment for professional services, including, but not limited to:

SEO Packages

Social Media Advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)

Website Enhancements and Design Updates

Nature of Credit: Service credits have no cash equivalent, are non-transferable, and cannot be withdrawn as bank transfers or cash.

6. Important Conditions & Forfeiture

To keep the programme fair and transparent, the following rules apply:

Early Cancellation: If the referred client cancels their agreement before the 3-month maturity date is reached, the reward is forfeited.

Service Changes: If the referral makes immediate changes to their services after signing (such as downgrading or pausing) during the first three months, the reward is forfeited.

First Term Only: Rewards are calculated based only on the initial term/services signed for at the start of the referral. Subsequent expansions, upsells, or contract renewals by the referred client do not qualify for additional rewards.

Account Standing: You must have an account in good standing (no overdue invoices) to earn or redeem rewards.

7. Termination and Changes

Netmediasolutions Ltd retains the authority to implement the following actions regarding the NetmediaRewards programme:

Modification or Withdrawal: We reserve the right to modify or completely withdraw the NetmediaRewards programme at any time and for any reason. This may include updates to programme features, conditions, or benefits. Participants will be notified accordingly to ensure transparency.

Adjustment of Rewards: The percentage of rewards or the method through which these rewards are calculated may be varied at Netmediasolutions Ltd’s discretion. We will provide participants with a minimum of 30 days’ notice prior to any changes taking effect, to allow members to adjust to the new terms.

Disqualification: We maintain the right to disqualify any participant from the programme if we suspect any form of abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, practices such as spamming or fraudulent introductions designed to manipulate or exploit the rewards system.

By participating in the NetmediaRewards programme, all participants agree to abide by these terms and understand that adherence is crucial to maintaining a fair and rewarding environment for all members.
