Financial Data: In accordance with UK Law, all invoice and transaction data is retained for a minimum of 6 years.

Correspondence & Project Data: Records are kept as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain the integrity of our referral programmes.

Our Lawful basis is based on legitimate interests, which means that our clients, potential clients and all marketing services are specifically aimed at clients who will require our services. Therefore, we will need to:

Netmediasolutions Ltd.’s client information will be stored within cloud-based CRM systems, which are protected and accessed by Alex Crooks. Therefore, we will ensure that client information is stored securely.

Netmediasolutions Ltd stores client information on a secure server; however, we do have several paper documents which we store in lockable cabinets.

HMRC will require us to keep the financial information for that period on the condition that the information has not been used in court or insurance claims. However, some of your information may be deleted either as part of our Deletion Process or at your request at any time for whatever reason.

Netmediasolutions Ltd.’s deletion process will allow us to delete certain information if we decide that it is not relevant to the company.
